How to navigate a rule
Use the table of contents or index to find the article. Read its scope, then scan the section headings for the condition in the job. In 410.16(C), 410 identifies the article, 410.16 is the section, and (C) is the subsection. A reference to 110.25 takes you to another article. Turn there and read that requirement too.
